DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We ship all packages via USPS or UPS ground.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship all packages via USPS or UPS First Class International.
International packages will always take longer to process than domestic orders, due to customs processing.
Please make sure you are familiar with your country's import and customs rules before placing any international orders. Any accessed custom duty fees are paid by the receiver.
Also be aware that some countries have extremely long custom hold’s (for example some countries in the EU have 3-4 week custom delays before delivery).
***ALL CD’S ARE SHIPPED WITH CASES***
If you want to request that cd’s be shipped without cases, please send your order to the email below for your shipping price.
TRACKING NUMBERS:
All orders placed with NSE will receive an email with tracking once the order is shipped. Please make sure to have your correct email address in your payment account.
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
We will make every effort to combine multiple orders made from the same address. When this is possible, a shipping credit will be applied.
If during a pre-order you have ordered in stock and pre-order items, they will all be shipped together once all items have arrived.
VINYL SHIPPING:
We ship all domestic and international vinyl orders (up to 4) in custom secure mailers. All orders of five or more vinyl will be shipped in a large mailing box with either bubble wrap or styrofoam.
We do not ship vinyl media mail, due to having no insurance and extremely long delivery times. Also over the years we have seen way to many lost or damaged vinyl being sent media mail.
All vinyl orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground.
